  • The best way to break in your PRO mat is simple: practice, practice, practice. The grip improves with use.
  • Roll your Manduka PRO mat with the top surface facing outwards. This helps keep the edges flat during practice. Store it in a cool, dry place.
  • To keep your mat clean and fresh, use Yoga Mat Wash & Refresh or warm water. Other cleaning solutions have not been tested and are not recommended. Spray the entire surface of the mat, wipe it with a clean cloth, and allow it to dry completely before rolling it up or using it again.
