  • Other data voluntarily added by the user subsequently in their profile

Consent to the storage, processing, and sharing of personal data through participation in prize draws or subscription to email newsletters allows MONOMI, Teja Osterc s.p., online sales, to process and store the provided personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. By giving consent, users allow MONOMI, Teja Osterc s.p., online sales, to process collected personal data for purposes including sampling, surveying, and statistical data processing, determining service usage, tailoring offers, segmentation, market research, informing about offers, updates, and promotions, sending newsletters via email, telephone, or Facebook Messenger, and other marketing materials, informing users about services on the online store www.monomi.si and the company MONOMI, Teja Osterc s.p., online sales, and related entities, as well as other forms of data use specifically consented to by the website user.

MONOMI, Teja Osterc s.p., online sales, can process the data for its own purposes until consent is withdrawn by requesting removal of personal data from the database, otherwise, only as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which the data was collected, i.e., 3 months for prize draw participants, 10 years for prize draw winners, and until the subscriber opts out of newsletters or until the provider ceases its market activity. During the data management period, individuals have the right to access and update their data in the database upon request.

Flodesk

For email communication and the operation of MONOMI, Teja Osterc s.p., online sales, the provider uses the marketing platform Flodesk. By subscribing to these services, you agree that your data will be managed under the terms and privacy policies of Flodesk and the terms specified in these Terms of Service, and that the data you provide will be transferred to Flodesk, which provides this service.

The provider will ensure that Flodesk provides the same level of personal data protection as required by local and European legislation, primarily through the signing of standard EU contractual clauses, unless otherwise specified in the specific case. The Flodesk platform in its Terms of Use and Privacy Policy guarantees compliance with GDPR rules and confirms that it has obtained EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework certification. Implementation of Privacy Policy

The company, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, manages personal data protection through its Personal Data Protection Policy. All individuals regularly or occasionally employed by the company who have access to personal and other user data are familiar with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Policy and the obligation to protect personal and other data and must adhere to these provisions regarding the confidentiality of personal data and user privacy in the online store. The obligation to protect personal and other data is indefinite in time, even after the termination of the relationship with the company.

Registered users can stop using the online store at any time and cancel their registration. This is done by submitting a written statement to cancel the registration. Before submitting a cancellation statement, the user must settle all outstanding obligations from completed purchases in the online store. Order Status Notifications: We reserve the right to notify you via SMS on the phone number provided during the ordering process when your order has been dispatched or is ready for personal pickup. If items for personal pickup are not collected within 5 days, we reserve the right to call the provided phone number as a reminder to pick up the items.

Notifications: Upon subscribing to notifications, your name, phone number, and email address will be used for promotional purposes with your consent until you unsubscribe. Notifications are sent only if a specific box for subscribing to notifications is checked during the order.

You can unsubscribe from the notification database at any time by sending a message to info@monomi.si or by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of promotional emails.

Each individual whose personal data is collected, stored, and processed by the provider has the following rights regarding their data:

Procedure for Exercising Rights
