We are confident that you will be satisfied with your order, but if you find that the product does not meet your expectations when you receive it, you can return it.
Returns and exchanges procedure
Prepare the product(s) for return: make sure the products are in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unworn, including packaging and labels. If the product was purchased from an authorised retailer, it must be returned directly to the retailer.
Fill in the refund form: Download and fill in the refund form available at the following link: MONOMI – Withdrawal Form. Please make sure that all required fields are filled in correctly, otherwise we cannot process your refund. Remember to include it in your package.
Pack and send the return: place the product(s) and the completed return form in secure packaging. Send the package to the address indicated on the return form, via your chosen parcel delivery service. We recommend choosing a tracked service to ensure safe delivery. Monomi cannot be held responsible for any returns that are lost in the post, so we recommend using a tracking code service when posting returns. Please note that the cost of sending a return is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a company error or defect.
Refund: We will issue a full refund to the bank address you provided on the refund/exchange form no later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation notice.
Product exchange: exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different colour or size and provided that the desired item is still in stock in the Monomi warehouse. Exchanges for a completely different item are not possible. Please indicate your choice of item to exchange on the Returns Form. You can expect to receive the new, exchanged item within 3-7 working days from the receipt of your return to our address. The exchange will be made at the same price at which the item was purchased.
