    • This mat is made of natural rubber and cork.
    • The cork has the practical property of becoming even more slip-resistant in damp and wet conditions, so it offers optimum support even during sweat sequences.
    • The cork gives a pleasantly soft and grounding feeling during yoga practice.
    • The cork cells are sealed, which is why dust and dirt cannot penetrate the lining. Its self-cleaning properties make it easy to care for and require less frequent cleaning than other yoga mats.
    • The underside of the mat is made of natural rubber with 15% recycled content. This ensures that the mat is well cushioned and securely positioned on the floor. Natural rubber makes the mat elastic and more durable.
    • The process, in which natural rubber in liquid form (latex) is coated directly onto the cork, means that the chemicals otherwise required in conventional processes where two materials are glued together can be avoided. The bond between the two raw materials is also much more stable than when the materials are glued together.
    • The mat has a minimalist look.
    • Tip: Lightly moisten your hands and feet at the start of your workout to get a great grip right from the start.

    Care

    • The antimicrobial cork surface is naturally self-cleaning and resistant to unpleasant odors. The mat therefore helps prevent the growth of bacteria and the development of unpleasant odors.
    • For maximum durability, we recommend using the mat exclusively for yoga.
    • Always roll up the mat with the cork side facing outwards.
    • Protect it from direct sunlight and high temperatures.
    • Do not use soap or wash the mat in a washing machine.
    • After practice, simply clean the mat with a soft, slightly damp cloth and an organic yoga mat spray. Then wipe it dry with a clean, dry cloth.
